Inside IBH

Print Article

Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH), Lehigh’s Employee Assistance Program provider, continues to offer a wealth of resources on its Work-Life Resources website, which is available for all faculty and staff (login: Lehigh/password: univ03). Here are two items new to the website for the month of August. For access to the pages mentioned below, be sure to log in to the IBH site first:

  • IBH reminds us that August is National Immunization Awareness Month and offers links to the Center for Disease Control’s most up to date information on the topic. While we often think of vaccinations as a childhood issue, it’s also very important that adults are up to date on their immunizations. You can learn more about adult vaccinations on the IBH website.

  • If you are facing the new school year with a teenager, IBH can help with an upcoming webinar: Raising Responsible Teens. Get practical parenting tips for raising trustworthy teens to insure their safety and give you peace of mind. You can register for one of three time slots on Tuesday, August 21– Noon, 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

While online resources are helpful, there are times when you may need a person to help you with some of life’s more challenging moments. Lehigh’s benefits eligible staff and faculty can always call IBH’s professionals to begin the process of finding the right help. Simply call their toll-free number: 1-800-395-1616 and let them know you are a Lehigh employee.
